About The Numbercrunchers
The NumberCrunchers is an accountancy firm offering accounting, bookkeeping and Xero software support to businesses across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. It works with self-employed people, freelancers and small companies in Cirencester, the Cotswolds, Swindon and further afield. The firm says it has been trusted by businesses in Cirencester and Swindon since 2014, and it describes itself as a specialised small business accountant.
Its main offer is a bundled package for self-employed people and small firms that brings together the right software, bookkeeping, accountancy and business advice in one place. The team says it tailors its systems to each client so that filing is kept on track rather than left until the last minute. As Platinum Xero partners, they highlight integrations with Xero and Dext. They also run a migration service for businesses moving from Sage to Xero, which covers transferring data, setting up bespoke reports and providing initial training.
Clients are assigned a dedicated single point of contact, who acts as a route into the wider team when needed. The practice describes its approach as approachable and jargon-free, and it encourages clients to ask questions however basic they may seem. It also says it aims to offer proactive, clear advice and support when clients fall behind or are doing well.
The firm presents itself as environmentally minded, saying it encourages paperless working and shares tips on running a business for good. It also says it sources its purchases locally where possible and pays suppliers within seven days. On Google, the firm has a rating of 4.7 from 31 reviews, and one client praises its clear explanations and prompt replies.
